SEE BUILDER FORUM FOR INFO. BEWARE OF IMPROPER ROOF VENTING, SOME HOMES HAVE NO ROOF VENTS AND MANY HAVE THEM PLACED IMPROPERLY, NOT TO CODE, ALSO BEWARE CERAMIC TILE FLOORS ARE NOT TO CODE. MORTAR BED HALF OF WHAT IS REQUIRED. ORDER TO COMPLY ISSUED
