Be extremely careful in entering in to a contract with Randall Homes. Our experience has been terrible from the beginning with them. We keep hoping that our relationship with them can be turned around, but it does, in fact, keep getting worse.
Be certain that you do not sign any contract, or forward any down payment until you have made all changes. Remember, as far as Manitoba goes, we are in a building boom with a shortage of skilled trades. This puts a lot of pressure on your builder. You, the customer, are on the bottom of the priority list.
