I am a Feng Shui consultant and I find that the numerous houses that I have audited, have the staircase right in the middle of the house. This is no good as it inpedes the flow of energy.There are a few do's and don't when it comes to looking for a good house.
Before the house is even built,the designer/architect should know some basic concepts of how Classical Feng Shui. If the house is designed properly,the potential buyers will automatically be attracted to the house which in turn will create a quick sale.
Why is it that the Chinese wants that houses to face a certain direction. Why do they not like living in the vincinity of hospitals and graveyards. They like water and mountains surrounding their houses. This is what we call " Feng SHUI", wind and water, where the energy collects to benefit the people who live nearby.
