Think twice before you buy from this builder and especially if you ask for anything over and above the low standard of construction this builder has.

We supplied upgraded ensuite bathroom fixtures and faucets and this builder never installed them as they contracted to do. Even though they knew it was their responsibility to install everything, the useless service manager forced us to include this under warranty. They also denied responsibility to do this work during a Tarion warranty inspection, showing their deceit once again.

The Tarion representative, being as biased as possible denied warranty even though they had a copy of this contract in their possession. After we sent another copy of the contract to this Tarion rep. he finally warranted the items. Of course this pitiful builder that has proved they cannot even build to minimum code, would not do Tarion warranted work for the fourth time. Tarion had to send a independent contractor to estimate the cost for a cash settlement nearly 3 years after closing.
