I had a home built by Randall Homes, moved in last August of 06. Back then there were a ton of things that still needed to be completed, but that was expected and I figured it would all be sorted out within a year. Now we're at past a year and we still have

a) no deck
b) no stones in our window wells
c) no resolution to the extremely cold room above our garage (in the winter)

So we contacted National Home Warranty since it's been more than a year now. But exactly how will they help us? Nag them? Fine them?

My real question to all those that have had a home built by Randall - is this normal to have waited this long to get things completed on your home?! How many times will I have to nag to get things done?! Did it take more than one year to get EVERYTHING completed in your home?! I am growing very irate and frustrated and am wondering just what to do next in this matter.

(...TWO WHOLE summers went by and I have yet to enjoy it on our deck...)
