Several Issues with the builder, sales staff and customer service. So many in fact, that I could write a book. I thought Kaitlin Group was bad but North Star is even worse. Every time I think about it, it makes me want to throw up! If you would like a detailed list of things that went wrong with all of the above...let me know...Be careful of Tarion Warranty as well as they work together with the builder and I am sure that cash changes hands so that tarion sides with the builder. Even warranted items were deemed not warrantable and now I have to go to court to prove my case. It shouldnt have to be this way but until something is done with new home builder legislation, we are at the builders mercy. Dont get me wrong. This is not the first new home I have purchased. I feel that I am a seasoned veteran as I have purchased 4 homes from new home builders and this is by far the sneakiest and worst builder of all of them. They lie and make promises and then dont follow through. I will add more when I have the time.
