My experience with this builder was definately not pleasant. The salespeople are helpful but its everyone else who is difficult to deal with. Complaints or concerns are often ignored, closings are always delayed (they would tell you one closing, saying specifically that they can not do a later closing....and then delays you to the time you originally wanted). The quality of construction is beyond terrible, its incomplete and done with cheap labourers. From the way how I was treated, the builder could not care less about the purchasers and their homes...accompanied by a lot of insult and profanity. Avoid this builder at all costs.
